Today we had a special presentation by OS Zumwalt.  He is training in the military and spoke to the grade one classes about the importance of peace.

Blog Challenge:  Discuss what peace means to your family.  Write down some ideas to share with the class.

Intramurals will start tomorrow during lunch recess.  All grade one students are invited to attend.  For the month of November the grade one classes are scheduled for Thursdays.

Tomorrow will also be our Fun Lunch from Subway.

The kindergarten classes have organized the Veterans Food Bank Drive.  Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected until November 15.  Thank you to Karis and Rebecca for their donations.
