It is an opportunity for everyone to come together in the spirit of reconciliation. Orange Shirt Day began in 2013 when a residential school survivor named Phyllis Webstad shared how her orange shirt was taken away on her first day. I enjoyed meeting or speaking with everyone last week! Thank you for taking the time to share some information about your chid with me. I am so lucky to have such a great group of students! I know that there were technical difficulties for some of you. I really appreciated your patience in using Microsoft Teams for the first time. During our next conference in December we will also be using this platform.
Please accept my invitation to join our Google Classroom if you have not already done so. Your child's username and password were emailed to you. I sent also sent home a paper copy.
